  • How long does it take to get started?

    Depending on the size of the campaign we can be up and running from 2 - 4 weeks from the time the contract is signed.

  • Can I use my own phone system/software?

    The majority of our clients prefer to use their own cloud based communication platform for calls, tickets, chat, etc. We do have several platforms that can be utilized by the client depending on your needs.

  • Do you provide bilingual services?

    Certainly! We have a skilled team of bilingual experts at our call centers in Tijuana and Mexico, as well as hundreds of remote employees who are committed to delivering outstanding service to your clients.
