  • What’s included in the cost?

    Internet connectivity, agent station with computer, monitor, headset, it support, campaign set up, recruiting and agent screening, and daily reporting.

  • How long does it take to get started?

    Depending on the size of the campaign we can be up and running from 2 - 4 weeks from the time the contract is signed.

  • Can I use my own phone system/software?

    The majority of our clients prefer to use their own cloud based communication platform for calls, tickets, chat, etc. We do have several platforms that can be utilized by the client depending on your needs.

  • Do you provide bilingual services?

    Yes, all of our agents are bilingual, english-spanish. We can provide services in either language, or both if needed. 75% of our campaigns are English-based.
